The Method
I have invited selected local shops/small scale producers to prepare an introduction of their shop/themselves/their tea. And they have been asked to select three to five teas that they feel represent the tea they like and sell. In due course I will add details of the shops and the teas they have selected so that anyone interested can peruse the vendors and their teas to gain a good understanding of the teas they make and have available.
